Culinary art changes with time. However, most of the gourmet recipes are outstanding that been around for decades. Eating and cooking habits have drastically changed in the past decades.

You don't have to be home all day to enjoy meals that taste like you cooked for hours. You can make these recipes with confidence because each is already the tried and favorite of many cooks.
Salmon with Mediterranean Salsa
Ingredients:
1 lb. tomatoes, seeded, chopped, 2 cups
1/3 cup drained pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
1/3 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 salmon fillets, 6 oz. each
In bowl, combine tomatoes, olives, basil, mint, onion, capers, 2 Tbsp. oil, lemon juice, 1/2 tsp. salt, sugar and 1/4 tsp. pepper, reserve.
Sprinkle salmon with remaining 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. In large nonstick skillet, heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil over medium-high. Add salmon, cook, turning once, until opaque, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Transfer to platter. Top salmon with some of tomato mixture. Serve with remaining tomato mixture.
